Open a Bakery Co. in your own town.
We're looking for a small number of people who want to run a real bakery, not just own one. If that's you, we'll teach you everything we know about our bread.
Years of early mornings
Bakers and counter crew
Loaves baked every day
Market Saturdays a year
Who we're after
We'd rather have two good partners than twenty.
This isn't a passive investment. Our partners are in the bakery before dawn, hands in the dough, learning their own town's rhythm. If you want a business you can visit twice a year, we're honestly the wrong fit.
You'll work the floor. At least the first two years, in the bakery, most days.
You know your town. You live there, or you've spent real time there.
You can fund it yourself. Partners cover their own setup, without borrowing against the bakery.
You'll bake our way. Slow ferments, real ingredients, no compromises on the bread.
The process
From first email to first loaf.
Not a binder and a logo. You get the recipes, the training, and someone on the phone when the dough won't behave.
